固态及半固态LY11合金加工图

摘    要:根据动态材料模型,建立了固态及半固态LY11合金的加工图。利用加工图确定了试验材料热变形的流变失稳区。结果表明,半固态成形时的流变失稳区范围大于固态成形时的失稳区范围,且与应变速率有关。此外,获得了等温压缩试验参数范围内的热变形最佳工艺参数。半固态加工最佳工艺参数是加热温度为560℃,应变速率为0.0010s-1,固态加工最佳工艺参数是加热温度为400℃,应变速率为0.0010s-1。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic material model, the processing maps of LY11 alloy in the solid state and in semi-solid state were established. The instability zones of flow behavior were recognized by the maps. The results show that the instability zone during semi-solid forming process is more sensitive to strain rate than that of solid forming process.
