| 摘 要： | 水库移民工程中移民面临各种各样的风险,不同的风险对移民的生存和发展的影响程度也不同。在风险已经识别的基础上,一方面用德尔菲法定性评估珊溪水库移民安置风险;另一方面用模糊综合评判来量化水库移民安置风险程度。根据定性和定量评估的结果,认为珊溪水利枢纽工程的移民安置风险程度较小,无需采取特殊措施加以控制风险。

| Abstract: | In the reservoir immigrant project immigrates faced with various risk,the different risk is dissimilar to the immigration survival and the development influence.Already distinguished in the risk in the foundation,this article on the one hand placed the risk with Delphi the Philippine legality appraisal Shanxi reservoir immigrant;on the other hand judges the quantification reservoir immigrant with the fuzzy synthesis to place the risk degree. According to qualitative and quota appraisal result,thought Shanxi hydro-junction project immigration placement risk degree is smaller,does not need to take the special measure to perform to control the risk. |
