| Abstract: | The concept of incentive scheme is elaborated.Based upon analysis of the properties and characteristics of construction project supervision the incentive scheme is project supervision is discussed,at the same time corresponding restrain and incentive measures are proposed in order to ensure smooth implementation of engineering project to increase initiative of supervisors. |
