大型风电机综合液压系统设计

摘    要:在分析大功率风电机对液压系统的要求和实际运用条件的基础上,针对目前风电机液压系统存在的问题,提出了液压系统的综合设计思路,并设计出系统原理图。采用阀控方式和目前比较成熟的电液比例控制方法,实现位置控制和速率伺服控制。同时在偏航回路采用了冗余设计,保证系统的可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the practical requirement and applied condition, the hydraulic system used in the large-scale wind power generator is analyzed.In view of the existing problem, the idea of synthetical design about the hydraulic system is proposed. One kind of the system schematic diagram is designed.
