电力系统状态估计实用中若干问题的处理

摘    要:能量管理系统(EMS)高级应用软件满足实用化要求是电力企业达标创一流活动的必备条件,而处于能量管理系统核心地位的状态估计,其应用软件的实用化有力地促进了电力系统基础自动化水平的提高,为此,结合广东汕尾地区级电网EMS高级应用软件的实施工作,对状态估计实用化过程中网络建模、量测配置等工作中出现的问题提出了处理建议,认为网络建模、量测配置、量测质量等工作是状态估计实用化的关键.

Abstract:The practicality of the advanced application software in energy management system(EMS) is an essential condition of an up-to-standard and first-class power enterprise.As the centerpiece of EMS,the practicality of state estimation software considerably promotes the basic automation of power system.In combination with the implementation of EMS advanced application software in regional power network of Shanwei,Guangdong,this paper puts forth some suggestions on handling the problems in such aspects as network modeling and meter placement in the application of state estimation.It is held that network modeling,meter placement and metrical quality are the key to the application of state estimation.
