低压片状模塑料模压工艺参数研究

摘    要:对结晶不饱和树脂增稠聚酯模塑料的中温低压模压成型工艺进行了研究。通过差热分析度固化度测试确定了中温模压温度,通过螺旋流动长度试验确定了低压成型压力,通过热模内模塑料粘度测试确定了加压时机,进而利用正交实验方法确定了模压成型的最佳模压温度、加压时机、合模时间度保压时间。结果表明结晶树脂增稠聚酯模塑料不但在热模内具有良好的流动性,可在1.6MPa的低压下成型,且在此工艺条件下模压制品具有良好的力学性能。

Abstract:In this paper,molding process for low-pressure sheet molding compounds thickened by crystalline unsaturated polyester was investigated.The molding temperature was determined by DTA and test of degree of cure,then the molding pressure was determined by the test of spiral flow values,and the press timing was determined by test of viscosity.Furthermore,optimal molding parameters such as molding temperature,press timing,molding speed and cure time were determined by orthogonal test.The mechanics properties of low-pressure sheet molding compounds molded in these parameters can be compared with the one molded in traditional process.
