常州市戚墅堰分区污水系统规划

摘    要:以常州市城市排水规划为依据,介绍了戚墅堰分区污水系统的规划范围和编制内容。分析了分流制和合流制排水体制的特点,并结合戚墅堰区的自然条件和排水现状,提出了戚墅堰分区的排水体制宜采用雨污分流制;根据规划的用水量对污水总量进行预测,进而确定戚墅堰污水厂的规模;阐述了污水收集系统的规划原则和本区管网布置特点。结果表明在此规划指导下,在戚墅堰区的市政基础设施建设中,充分发挥了其指导和控制作用。

Abstract:Based on the sewerage system planning in Changzhou city, the plan range and compilation contents in Qishuyan district are introduced. The characteristics of separated sewers and combined sewers are analyzed and proposals are given to the separated sewers in this area with the natural conditions and the existing drainage system of the district. According to the planning water consumption, the wastewater discharge and wastewater plant scale are predicted. The scale of Qishuyan sewerage factory is confirmed. The planning principles of the sewage collection system and the characteristics of sewer network layout are also introduced. The result showes that the instruction and control function are fullly exerted in the municipal infrastructure in this district under the guide of the planning.
