| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机对世界石油的生产和销售均造成了巨大的影响。金融危机导致银行资金短缺,从而影响到石油行业的融资;金融危机导致经济危机,产业经济下滑甚至大幅萎缩,能源需求下降进而影响到石油的销售价格。金融危机将促进世界能源投资方面的国际合作,能源消耗大国在保障能源安全方面将会有新的举措;石油销售价格的动荡将促使世界石油市场新格局的形成。随着我国经济的不断增长,能源消耗必将同步增长。为保障我国的能源安全,应该抓住这一有利时机,增加石油储备,调整能源策略,保障我国日益增长的石油需求,确保国民经济的可持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | The global financial crisis has caused great impacts on the production and the oil price of worldwide petroleum industry.The crisis has caused the shortage of bank capital and therefore influenced the financing of petroleum industry.What's more,the crisis has resulted in economical crisis,which is embodied in descendant and even sharply shrinking industrial economy and decreasing demands for energy,and thus influencing the oil price.Luckily,the crisis will promote the international cooperation of worldwide ... |
