| 摘 要： | 目前我国居民用户尚不能远程办理用电业务，为此提出了低压集抄用户电力网上营业厅系统的设计方案。该系统以国家电网公司现有的营销、电费、用电信息采集业务处理系统为支撑点，以以太网为通信手段，以Web页面为窗口，让居民用户可上网办理日常用电业务，是一种全新的电力营销方式。

| Abstract: | Currently, residents of our country can not transact electricity businesses through the Internet yet. Thus, this paper proposes a design solution of the online power business hall system for low-voltage meter reading customers. The system is based on the marketing trade system, the electricity charge system and the meter reading information system, and uses internet as a communication way and web pages as business windows, which makes residents handle ordinary electricity businesses by the Internet and has been a new power marketing means. |
