客户服务掌上营业厅的设计与实现

摘    要:随着移动互联网应用的蓬勃发展,供电企业的客户服务电子渠道正在发生深刻变化。文章提出了基于HybridAPP架构的掌上营业厅系统,采用HTML5技术建设新型电子营业厅渠道,面向客户提供电费查询、缴纳、分析、预约服务等多种在线服务。文章从客户需求和体验出发。提出符合供电企业客户服务拓展要求的框架设计,创新性地实现手机“摇一摇”功能来获取最近营业厅网点信息,并支持多种电费缴纳支付方式。该系统已经成功投产,面向客户开放使用,具备良好的可靠性和实用性。

Abstract:With the continuous developments of mobile internet applications, electric channels of customer service in power supply company are undergoing profound changes. This paper designs a palm business office system based on the hybrid app architecture, which applies the HTML5 technology to set up a new kind of electric channel for business offices. The system aims at providing several online services inchlding electricity-fee query, payment, analysis and reservation. Combining customers' requirements with experiences, a framework design meeting the customer service expansion requirements is provided, which has capacities of getting the nearest business office information through the bumping supported by the mobile phones, and various payment ways. The system has been put into operation for customers and provides a good reliability and practicality.
