| 摘 要： | 对激光器速率方程所涉及的激光器的内部参数进行变换，得到一组新参数。它们可由实验中测得的激光器的数据通过曲线拟合的方法得到。利用拟合得到的参数对10GHz的分布反馈(DFB)半导体激光器(LD)进行数值求解，所得的结果和实验测量的结果相吻合。

| Abstract: | The semiconductor laser rate equations were rewritten using a new set of parameters which can all be found from fitting the measured data of the laser.Parameters of the 10 GHz distributed feed back(DFB) semiconductor laser(LD).have been measured.Comparison between large signal measurements and simulations using the measured parameters shows in general good agreement for modulation currents sufficiently above threshold. |
