Comments on the A. W. Collins et al article (see record 2000-13816-002) which critiqued the views expressed in Rowe's book (see record 1994-97284-000) on the influence of genetics on behavior. Rowe contends that Collins et al perpetuated a double standard in the treatment of genetic and environmental hypotheses.
