摘    要:负曲率导叶具有显著的水力特点和性能优势,应用于高水头混流式水轮机的水力研发,对提高水轮机的性能水平具有明显作用。通过对负曲率导叶在高水头混流式水轮机水力研发中的应用原理的论述分析,并通过锦屏二级水轮机研发项目工程应用实例,验证了负曲率导叶在提高高水头混流式水轮机水力性能上显著的技术优势,为我国未来500m左右高水头大容量混流式水轮机的研发提供借鉴。

Abstract:The negative curvature guide vane has distinct hydraulic characteristics and performance advantages used in hydraulic research of high head Francis turbine. It has significant effect to improve the performance level of the hydro-turbine. By discussion and analysis of hydraulic principle of the negative curvature guide vane in high head Francis turbine, and taking the R&D project of 2nd stage Jinpping turbine as an example, the significant technical advantages of negative curvature guide vane on improving the hydraulic performance of high head Francis turbine were validated. It could provide reference for future domestic research and development of 500 meters high-head and large-capacity Francis turbine.
