摘    要:介绍了轴封式主泵电动机少胶粉云母整体VPI型绝缘系统的定子绕组绝缘结构和其配套使用的绕组线、云母带、浸渍树脂等绝缘材料的性能,并阐述了少胶型绝缘结构定子模拟线圈的耐辐射性能、耐电老化评定性能、耐热性评定性能。从而说明了少胶粉云母整体VPI型绝缘系统的优越性和可靠性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the stator insulation structure applied in low-resin powder mica insulation system of VPI and the performance of its insulation material such as winding wire, mica tape and impregnated resin of shaft sealing primary pump motor, describes the performances of radiation resistance, electric aging resistance assessment and thermal endurance assessment of simulation stator coil with low-resin insulation structure, thereby illustrates the superiority and reliability of the insulation system.
