Low-Resin Insulation System for Shaft Sealing Primary Pump Motor of Nuclear Power Reactor

This paper introduces the stator insulation structure applied in low-resin powder mica insulation system of VPI and the performance of its insulation material such as winding wire, mica tape and impregnated resin of shaft sealing primary pump motor, describes the performances of radiation resistance, electric aging resistance assessment and thermal endurance assessment of simulation stator coil with low-resin insulation structure, thereby illustrates the superiority and reliability of the insulation system.
