摘    要:阐述了大功率输送机用隔爆型三相异步电动机的整体设计及结构的创新设计。解决了大功率隔爆型电动机设计中的接线盒电缆引入装置互换、轴承温升、绝缘、内风循环等方面问题。大功率输送机用隔爆型三相异步电动机的研制成功不仅能填补国内该类电动机的空白,也替代了进口产品,为企业增加经济效益。

Abstract:This paper expounds the overall design and innovative structural design of flame-proof three-phase induction motor for high-power conveyor application. The problems such as interchange of cable entry device in terminal box, temperament rise of bearing, insulation, internal wind circulation have been solved. The successful development of the motor can not only fill the domestic blank of this kind of motor, but also replace the imported products to increase economic benefits of the enterprises.
