摘    要:铜条转子在转子外径车削后,槽口产生搭接的坚硬毛刺,不易清除,片间毛刺搭接影响杂散损耗,对高效电机效率产生影响;带通风道结构铜条转子车削后易出现通风道变形问题,影响通风效果,导致电机温升提高。因此采用一种制造转子冲片的新工艺,直接冲压出气隙,叠片后不需要加工,降低了电机杂散损耗,达到了提高产品质量、简化工艺、提高生产效率的目的。

Abstract:After turning the external diameter of the copper-bar rotor, it is difficult to remove hard burrs produced in slot-top of rotor, the lapped burrs impact the stray loss, and has an affect on the efficiency of high-efficiency motor. After turning the copper-bar rotor with ventilating ducts, the deformation of ventilating duct is easily to appear, it influences the ventilation effect, and leads to higher temperature rise of motor. So a new technology of manufacturing rotor laminations was adopted to punch the air gap directly. No machining is need after laminating, stray loss of motor is reduced, and the target of improving quality of the product, simplifying technology, and improving production efficiency has been achieved.
