摘    要:介绍了声音阵列采集信号模型,结合盖氏圆源数估计、MUSIC谱算法分析,提出通过麦克风阵列采集电机噪声数据,并对电机故障进行诊断的新方法。通过收集故障电机发出的噪声数据,利用Matlab软件进行数据处理,最后成功地对故障电机给出正确诊断。

Abstract:This paper introduces the sound array signal acquisition model. Combining with Gerschgorin' s disk theorem and MUSIC spectrum algorithm, a new method of motor noise data acquisition based on microphone array was put forward to diagnose motor fault. Finally, the fault motor was correctly diagnosed through collecting noise data and processing them with Matlab software.
