摘    要:矿渣的易磨性比熟料差,但在辊压机预粉磨系统中,对粒度小于熟料的矿渣是否要经过预压处理,进行了针对性的试验研究。结果表明:(1)颗粒相对较小的矿渣填充于颗粒较大的熟料中,提高了料床的密实性和稳定性,并提高了辊压机的挤压效果,且使矿渣的易磨性得以改善;(2)矿渣与熟料共同经过辊压机挤压后再入磨的流程,其水泥颗粒级配和水泥性能均要优于单压熟料的预粉磨流程。

Abstract:Slag is more hard to be ground than cement clinker , and in the roller press pregrinding system, wether the slag smaller than clinker should be precompressed was studied in the experiment.
