水库信息化建设的实践与思考

摘    要:水库在保障民生供水、城市环境美化中起着极其重要的作用,在分析深圳市水库管理特点的基础上,介绍了水库信息系统的架构,水情遥测、视频监控、供水计量、水质在线监测、大坝安全监测等水库信息采集系统及高级应用系统的决策功能。系统采用WEBGIS技术,实现了基于三维场景的水文、水工、水质、大坝安全监测、视频、水量信息等的定位的三维实景化查询。最后总结了水库信息化建设的经验。

Abstract:Reservoir plays an important role in safeguarding people's livelihood by secure water supply and urban environment beautification.Through an analysis about management characteristics of reservoir in Shenzhen,the thesis makes a presentation of information system framework and decision-making functions of automatic system of hydrological data acquisition and transmission,video surveillance system,water supply metering system,online monitoring system for water quality as well as automatic monitoring system for dam safety.The system employs WEBGIS technology to realize three-dimensional information inquiry of hydrology,hydraulic,water quality,monitoring for dam safety,video,water quantity.Finally,the experiences of reservoir information system construction are summed up.
