摘    要:篦床的运动速度取决于篦床下的气压大小和篦床上的物料厚薄,而篦床的驱动可采用机械驱动或采用液压驱动,后者具有传动功率大、传动平稳、速度控制容易等众多优点,可用于大型生产线篦冷机系统。文章详细阐述了篦冷机液压传动同步驱动系统构成及其PLC控制系统,重点包括篦冷机液压同步速度控制系统的设计方案、PLC控制系统的硬件配置和软件系统设计,以及控制方案的操作等。
