摘    要:锂渣粉含有较丰富的活性矿物,主要为CaSO4·2H2O,SiO2,C3S和C3A,只含有部分非活性的SiO2。通过实验研究了锂渣粉对无骨灌浆料(NGM)各项性能的影响,结果表明,随着锂渣粉掺量的增加,NGM的凝结时间延长,30min流动度损失减小;1d抗压强度降低,28d抗压强度均高于空白样,最高可达83.2MPa。此外掺入锂渣粉的灌浆料竖向膨胀率有所增加,但不明显。目

Abstract:There are abundant active minerals CaSO4.2H2O, SiO2, C3S and C3A, and little non-actived SiO2 in lithium slag powder. By experiment, the impact of lithium slag powder on the performance of non-aggregate grouting mortar(NGM) was studied and the results showed that with the lithium slag powder adding, the setting time of NGM delayed and the 30min fluidity loss decreased, and the compressive strength of one day decreased and that of the 28 day increaed, and the highest value was 83.2MPa. Additionally, the vertical expansion of NGM added lithium slag powder had nnconspieuous increase.
