| 摘 要： | 对传统的聚氨酯硬泡发泡性能评价方法和装置进行了比较，并设计了一套制作和操作方便、评价精度较高的实验室发泡泡沫流动性能和脱模性能的评价模具。该装置可用于聚合MDI、组合聚醚及助剂等原料发泡性能的评价和比较。

| Abstract: | Traditional devices and methods for the foaming performance evaluation of rigid polyurethane systems were compared. A suit of laboratorial tools with easier processing and higher accuracy for the estimating of the frothing flowability and demoulding performance was designed. The equipment can be used for the evaluation of foaming performance of polyurethane systems based on different polyaryl polyisocyanate, premixed polyol, auxiliary agent and so on. |
