| 摘 要： | 阐述了汽车覆盖件的成形特点和覆盖件拉深模型面设计的基本原则,提出了包括冲压方向、工艺补充面、压料面、拉深筋及拉深台阶等设计的常用方法.以前车门外板为实例,具体分析了其成形特点,找出车门外板类冲压件成形的共性,分析车门外板类覆盖件的成形方法,为类似零件成形工艺的制定提供一定的经验.

| Abstract: | The forming characteristics of automobile panels and fundamentals of die face design for drawing dies were presented in this paper,including stamping direction, addendum,binder surface,drawbead and draw ladder design.Taking the front auto door's outboard panels as an example,the forming characteristics of the homothetic panels was analyzed as well as the common properties of auto door panels.Forming methods of auto door outboard panels were summarized;thereby it provides some experience for the process design of similar drawing parts. |
