| 摘 要： | 在企业组织中，激励是以人本管理为导向的，机制是以制度为导向的，人性化与制度化的结合正是管理者孜孜以求的，作者认为激励机制是动力机制与制约机制的矛盾体，激励包括奖励与惩罚，认为把激励看成是奖励一个方面是片面的，用之于实践则是有害的，激励机制是诱导因素集合，行为导向制度，行为幅度制度，行为时空制度和行为归化制度的有机统一。
