铁基合金快淬装置用陶瓷喷嘴的研究

摘    要:陶瓷喷嘴是制取非晶态金属薄带快淬装置的关键部件之一。铁基合金的快淬工艺要求陶瓷喷嘴在高温下具有化学稳定性、耐冲刷性、抗热震性,且易机械加工。根据喷嘴的材料与工艺的选择试验结果。选用了热压烧结氮化硼(BN)基陶瓷喷嘴。本文叙述了不同材料与工艺制备的喷嘴性能,及使用试验。结果表明,含有氧化物加入物的BN基热压烧结陶瓷喷嘴的各项性能指标,是符合使用要求的。

Abstract:Ceramic nozzle is one of the key parts in rapid quenching installation for producing amorphous metal ribbon. In the process of rapid quenching iron-base alloy, chemical stability, washing resestance, thermal shock resistance at high temperature and easy machining the nozzte are required. BN-base ceramic nozzle produced by hot press sinteting is chosen through the selective tests on material and process. This paper presents the properties and service test of nozzles with varied composition and processes. The results show that all the properties of hot press sintered BN-base ceramic nozzle with oxide additives can be satisfactority used for the purpose.
