| 摘 要： | 重点描述了基于不同数据采集与监控(SCADA)系统的统一、可操作的遥控批处理功能规范.提出了遥控批处理的工程实现方法.介绍了该功能在上海电网中的应用.遥控批处理功能扩展了SCADA系统的应用.提高了SCADA系统实用化的水平,为调度员处理电网中超供拉路和紧急减负荷提供了有效的技术手段,大大提高了调度分区翻负荷的工作效率,是值得推广的一种SCADA系统扩展应用.
