工程机械产品质量的综合评价体系

采用系统工程分析方法构建了单层次和两层次工程机械产品质量综合评价体系结构,利用模糊数学方法建立了评价数学模型.通过指标评判标准可得出评语的数值解.使同类工程机械产品与不同工程机械产品的产品质量之间具有可比性.通过对国产 TY220推土机产品质量的评价证明这一综合评价体系具有一定实用与参考价值.

Synthetically Evaluation System for Quality of Construction Machinery Product

A synthetically quality evaluation system of construction machinery basing on system engineering was established by setting up single hiberarchy and two-hiberarchy and a mathematical model was founded on the basis of misty mathematic method in this paper.According to the judgment standard of items,the numeri- cal value of the comment was worked out,which will make the quality comparison feasible among the same type of construction machinery or different types.The practicality of this evaluation system was approved by the example of homemade bulldozer TY220.
