电子网板铬酸坚膜废液中铬的回收及其在铬鞣中的应用与表征

摘    要:实验以陕西咸阳彩虹集团电子网板厂的铬酸坚膜废液为研究对象,利用分光光度法和碘量法相结合的方法进行铬的测定,通过净化、絮凝除杂、还原、复配等方法将高浓度的含铬废水处理后用于皮革工业的铬鞣液,铬的回收率达98.8%,所鞣制的羊皮蓝湿革各项指标均达国家规定标准。

Abstract:In this paper ,the waste water of chromic acid is studied,which is used as a hardening liquior on electro-nic shadow mask. The concentration of chrome is detected by the spec-trophotography and iodimetry. The recovered water is used as a tanning liquor after the treatments such as decontami-nation, purification, reduction and compound. The percent recovery of Cr 6 is 98.8%,at the same time,the indexs of tanned leather reached to the national standard.
