摘    要:低温腐蚀对余热锅炉的安全运行危害很大,为有效防止低温腐蚀发生,以确定余热锅炉受热面的壁温和压力,必须正确计算酸露点温度,分析了烟气中SO3的生成机理,提出了确定酸露点温度的查因法和公式法,通过例题计算加以说明。

Abstract:Low temperature corrosion is extremely detrimental to the safe and efficient operation of heat recovery boiler. In order to prevent the occurrence of low temperature corrosion, the acid dew point temperature must be properly calculated to establish the wall temperature of the heated surface and the operating pressure of the boiler. The generation of SO 3 in air is analysed, and the determination of acid dew point temperature by using charts and formulair is suggested. A typical example is given to illustrate the calculation.
