马钢4000m^3高炉高Al2O3炉渣渣系优化实验研究

摘    要:以马钢现场高炉渣样为基准,研究w(Al2O3)=15%~20%的高炉炉渣性能。结果表明,在目前的冶炼条件下,马钢第三炼铁厂炉渣中的w(Al2O3)不宜超过18%,w(MgO)不宜超过12%。在高温区,MgO对炉渣性能的影响大于Al2O3,低温区相反,并提出了合理的渣系组成。

Abstract:The test is based on Masteel BF slag as a basic slag, the performance of blast furnace slag of w(Al2O3)=15%-20% was researched. The results show that under the current smelting condition, w(Al2O3) should not be more than 18% and w(Al2O3) should not be more than 12% in the third Iron works of Masteel.The impact of MgO on blast furnace slag performance is more than Al2O3 in the high temperature region, but opposites in low temperature region. A reasonable composition of slag was made.
