摘    要:畜禽骨是一种营养十分丰富的天然资源,尤其是高钙含量.我国的畜禽资源丰富,所以开发、完善畜禽骨骼的综合利用既能充分利用资源又能提供补钙来源,具有社会效益及经济效益.

Abstract:Livestock and poultry bones are a kind of natural resources, which have abundant with nutrition, especially with the high content of calcium, China has rich animal resources, therefore the exploitation and improving comprehensive utilization of animal bones can take full advantage of the resources and also provide sources calcium, with social and economic benefits.
