炼焦耗热量极限值的探讨

摘    要:通过对40余座大、中、小不同炉型的热工测试与热平衡结果采用统计分析、线性回归、突出因素等方法,获得计算加热煤气流量的计算通式,并对炼焦耗热量极限值进行探讨以预测节能最佳值。

Abstract:Based on the data of thermal test and heat balance of over 40 different kinds of coke ovens and using statistical analysis, linear regression and stress factor, a general formula for calculating the flow of heat gas is obtained. The maximum heat consumption in coking is probed to predict the optimum condition of energy conservation.
