| 摘 要： | 为探讨天然彩棉梳理工艺,介绍了天然彩棉的性能特点和主要梳理针布的选用情况.从降低梳棉工序彩棉的棉结、短绒入手,进行了梳理工艺的优选,并采取了各项技术措施,使彩棉生条和成纱质量得到有效改善.

| Abstract: | To discuss the carding processing of natural colored cotton, performance specialty and main card clothing choice of natural colored cotton were analyzed. On the base of reducing neps and short fibers in carding process, carding processing were optimized, and each technology measures were adopted to improve the quality of colored cotton card sliver and the yam. |
