HS-31合金Al-Ti共渗及高温性能

摘    要:对作为燃气机发动机叶片的钴基合金.在海洋环境下的抗高温氧化,特别是抗高温腐蚀能力的提高,作了初步探讨,并采用共渗法使工件表面形成Al-Ti保护涂层.经筛选的工艺处理.渗后的试样不仅抗氧化能力大大提高.而且抗腐蚀能力也提高了30倍以上.

Abstract:This paper deals with the ability of rcsis1ance to high tcmpcrfl1urc Oxidatlo11 and Corrosion of Cobalt-base metal used as thc impeller of gas turbine engine in sefl water. The Alum1num-Titanizing layer of thc Sample was abtained by using cladding method in which technical parameters were selected t0 in1pr0vc the ability.
