| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展,水库管理中的非工程措施建设项目日益增多。本文探讨了水库安全运行管理信息系统建设的原则和构成、系统划分方式和内容,并对相应子系统做了简要说明,最后介绍了笔者负责实施的相关项目的开发情况和运行案例。

| Abstract: | Non-engineering measure construction projects are increasing with the development of information technology . Principles and composition , system division mode and contents of reservoir safe operation management information system construction are discussed in the paper .Corresponding sub-systems are briefly described .Finally, development condition and operation cases of related projects implemented by the author are introduced . |
