湿法磷酸深度脱氟技术研究进展

摘    要:净化精制H3PO4中,除氟以外,其他杂质含量一般都非常少。为了制取更高纯度的H3PO4也为了适应我国快速发展的精细磷化工业的需要,有必要对深度脱氟方法进行进一步的研究。文章简单的介绍了氟的分布及基本反应原理,并综述了几种湿法磷酸深度脱氟净化技术,对这几种技术的原理、优缺点和研究现状进行了概述。

Abstract:In the purified phosphoric acid,the content of impurities is very low expect fluorine.In order to obtain purer phosphoric acid and also for satisfying the quickly developing demand of refinery phosphoric industry,it is necessary to further studies on the depth de-fluorinating methods.this article briefly describes the distribution of fluorine and it's basic reaction principle ,even more several deep de-fluorination of wet phosphoric acid technology are reviewed,their theories,research status,advantages and disadvantages are also introduced.
