| 摘 要： | 针对长输管道焊接过程出现的安全问题，分析了焊接过程中的有害因素。并就相关有害因素提出了防范措施。探讨建立和实施焊接过程中QHSE实施程序以及实施过程应遵循的准则，最终进行焊接过程QHSE实施程序的监测审核．为有效地建立焊接过程QHSE程序和焊接过程安全提供保障条件。 |
