关于锅炉胀口泄漏修复的探讨

摘    要:锅炉胀口在大面积管群泄漏时宜采用胀接修复法,而不宜采用焊接修复法的原因.传统的胀接工艺采用锅炉胀口交错排列或顺排列反阶式方法,它对新制造的锅炉是可行的,但对于在役锅炉大面积管群泄漏的修复往往效果不好.在此推出我们所设计的插花式胀管次序,多次实践已证明了其明显的优势.同时,还介绍了个别管孔经补胀后仍泄漏的修复法.

Abstract:We expound the reason why it's apt for us to adopt the method of expanding joins,while not welding joins,in repairing leaks of expanded pipe-ends of pipe-nest in great area. The traditional method of expanding joins is to adopt the interlock or square arrangement of the expanded pipe-ends,Though the method is practicable in building boilers,it is usually not so practicable and not satisfactory in repairing boilers. We introduce the ikebanalike arrangement of expanding pipe-ends,which we disign and which we have been putting into practice. The arrangement has proved to be obviously outstanding since we adopted. Besides,we introduce the method of repairing individual pipe-ends which still leaks after it is reexpanded.
