碳氟表面活性剂FCI-3及其复配体系对碳钢表面的缓蚀性能

摘    要:本文采用失重法,电化学交流阻抗法,极化曲线法和扫描电镜法等观察缓蚀剂在HCl介质中,FCI-3及普通碳氢表面活性剂(CTAB,SDS,TX-100)复配体系对Q235钢的缓蚀性能.结果表明,FCI-3对碳钢表面有较好的缓蚀性能,三种方法测试的结果均达到90%以上;三种普通碳氢表面活性剂分别与FCI-3复配后,发现三个体系仍有较好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀效率达到90%以上,缓蚀效率从高到低的顺序是CTAB> TX-100> SDS.

Abstract:The corrosion inhibition properties of fluorocarbon surfactant FCI - 3 and the mixed systems of FCI - 3 and other hydrocarbon surfactants (CTAB, SDS, TX - 100) were studied by weight loss method, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, polarization curves method and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that the inhibition performance of FCI -3 for carbon steel was good, and the inhibition efficiency reached above 90% by three methods mentioned above. The inhibition performances of the mixed systems for FCI - 3 and hydrocarbon surfactants were also excellent and reached more than 90%. The order of inhibition efficiency from high to low is CTAB 〉 TX - 100 〉 SDS.
