青海沟后水库溃坝原因分析

沟后坝于１９９３年溃决。在国际坝工历史上高于７０ｍ、在海拔３２８０ｍ以上的面板砂砾坝溃决还是首例。本文概括介绍了该坝工程情况、坝的运行性态及溃决的原因。还对坝的破坏机理作了分析和讨论，并总结了该坝设计、施工和管理等方面的主要教训。文末就面板砂砾坝的有关安全技术提出了意见，这对未来的坝工将是有益的。

Gouhou Dam and Analysis for Causes of the Dam Failure

Gouhou dam broke down on august 27 1993.It's the first dam break in facing gravel sand damshigher than 70m located above sea level 3280m. In this paper the performance of the dam and causes re-sponsible for the dam break were briefly described,and the mechanism of the dam failure was alsoanalyzed and discussed.Lessons on the design,construction and management of this dam were summa-rized.Finally,some comments on the safety of the facing gravel sand dam were presented.
