| 摘 要： | 分析了中值滤波法和集平均法的局限性，给出了单缝衍射条纹的“特征谱线”，提出特征谱线滤波法，该法可以满意地滤去CCD检测衍射条纹数据的波纹。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the shortage of median filtering and serial average method and gave out the feature line of single slot diffraction stripes as well as submitted a novel method of feature line filter. This method can filter the signal ripple of diffraction stripe data using CCD detection satisfactorily. |
