高速加工中刀柄结构分析

摘    要:高速加工中连接刀柄结构是否合理将直接影响加工质量和加工效率。这里基于定位原理、材料力学理论对连接刀柄结构的合理性进行了理论分析,同时也探讨了不同刀柄结构对夹紧力的影响,为合理设计高速加工中刀柄结构,使其发挥最大效益提供了理论依据,同时对开发我国自主知识产权的新型工具系统具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

Abstract:Whether or not the structure of linking tool shank is reasonable directly influences on the efficiency and the quality of high - speed machining. Based on orientation principle and mechanics of materials, theoretical analysis is done with the rationality of structure of tool shank in the paper. In the meantime, different structure of tool shank affecting clamping force is discussed. It offers theoretical base for maximize benefit in high - speed machining. It is important in theory and in application area for developing new - style tool system possessing our own intellectual property.
