乙苯氧化脱氢制苯乙烯的催化活性研究

摘    要:在823K和乙苯/O_2=1.0的条件下,考察了K-FeZSM—5对乙苯氧化脱氢的催化活性.比较了水热处理及Fe_2O_3的分散程度对乙苯氧化脱氢性能的影响.结合ESR及TPR测试结果,讨论了FeZSM-5中铁的存在状态与活性的关系.结果表明 FeZSM-5上的骨架Fe(Ⅲ)和高分散的非骨架Fe(Ⅲ)是乙苯氧化脱氢的活性中心.

Abstract:The catalytic activity of K-FeZSM-5 catalysts for oxydehydrogenation of ethylbenzene (EB) were exam-ined at 823K and EB/O2 = 1. 0. The influences of hydrothermal treatment and dispersity of Fe2O3 on oxydehy-drogenation activity of EB over FeZSM-5 were also studied. ESR and TPR techniques has been used for the determination of states and properties of iron ions in FeZSM-5. The results indicate that skeletal iron( Ⅲ ) and highly dispersed non-skeletal iron( Ⅲ ) are the activated centers of EB oxydehydrogenation.
