| 摘 要： | 阳泉市洪城河 1 3号居民住宅楼近东西走向 ,因地基不均匀沉降 ,整体向南倾斜 ,倾斜率达 1 2 %。基于对地基土、基础和上部结构特征的分析 ,采用了楼房北侧基础下水平孔掏土纠偏 ,南侧灌注桩加固的综合治理方法 ,纠偏治理效果极其理想。

| Abstract: | The Hongchenghe No 13 residential building of Yangquan city is oriented near the direction of east-west Because of the non-uniform settlement of the foundation, it is tilted as a whole to the south side with a rate reaching 1 2%. Based on the analysis of the ground soil, foundation and the characteristics of the superstructure, the following synthetic treatment method has been adopted: at the north side of the building, the tilting is rectified by extracting the soils using horizontal holes digged under the foundations; at the south side, the foundations are strengthened by using cast-in-place piles As a final result of this treatment, it is proved to be very ideal |
