碳硅棒作电极钒电池的设计与初步研究

摘    要:介绍了钒电池的设计和初步研究成果.采用碳硅棒作电极,自行设计了钒电池的结构,该设计操作简单,实用性强,且成本较低.根据理论分析配制电解液,并对电池恒流电解时间和充电时间进行了计算.实验证实,设计的钒电池运行良好,配制的电解液合乎实验要求,测得的恒流电解时间和充电时间与计算的结果基本吻合.运行一定周期后,阳极出现轻微的腐蚀现象.

Abstract:The design and primary study of vanadium battery were introduced.The vanadium battery with carbon-silicon rod as electrodes was designed and the design was simple,pratical,and low cost. The electrolyte was prepared by based academic analysis. The time of electrolyzing vanadium battery and the time of electricizing it by constant current were calculated. The results of experiments show that the battery works well,the elecrtolyte can accord with the demand of the experiments,and the test time of electolyzing vanadium battery and electricizing is nearly equal with that of calculating. After a number of experiment periods,the anode is eroded a bit.
