氧化镍钴锂材料性能的研究及其应用

摘    要:氧化镍钴锂材料(LiNixCo1-xO2)放电容量比LiCoO2高,材料的安全性比LiNio2好,现成为锂离子电池正极材料研究的热点之一.采用高温固相合成法和溶胶-凝胶法两种方法来制备氧化镍钴锂材料,通过选用不同原料及配比,对合成工艺进行优化,结果表明:采用溶胶-凝胶法制成的LiNi0.8Co0.2o2材料性能明显优于高温固相合成法;采用不同原料制成的LiNi0.8Co0.2O2材料性能有所差异,用氧化镍钴锂材料制成的18650型电池具有良好的电化学性能和安全性能.

Abstract:Cathode material LiNixCo1-xO2 was integrated the advantage of LiNiO2 and LiCoC2. It became one of the hot spot studies on the cathode material for Li-ion batteries. Some LiNix Co1-x O2 by solid-synthesized under high temperature method and sol-gel method were prepared. The performance of the LiNixCo1-xO2 by sol-gel method was better than that of another method. The discharge capacity was different with different raw materials. The discharge capacity of cathode material LiNij-Co1-xO2 for 18650 type battery was 1.88Ah.The performance of electrochemistry and safety for 18650 type battery was excellent.
