自然通风尿素造粒塔粉尘回收清洁生产方案浅析

摘    要:论述了造粒塔尿素粉尘产生的原因及危害,对3种尿素粉尘回收方案进行了对比,从经济效益、社会效益和环境效益方面对清洁生产方案进行了总结,结果表明,选择在造粒塔顶部增设电除尘器的回收尿素粉尘方案较为可行。

Abstract:The reason caused by urea dust of prilling tower and its harmfulness were discussed,comparison was made for 3 kinds of recovery schemes of urea dust,summarization was made for clean production scheme from aspects of economic benefit,social benefit and environment,the result indicates that it is more practical that the scheme for recovering urea dust by electro-deduster which is additionally installed at the top of prilling tower.
