| 摘 要： | 回顾十年来我国企业管理信息系统(以下简称MIS)建设的曲折历程,结合作者长期参加建设的体会,深入剖析了企业MIS建设存在的主要问题及根本原因,讨论了经济体制与电力企业MIS建设的关系,指出了市场经济体制下电力企业MIS建设的光明前途,并简述了目前条件下开展MIS建设的有关策略问题。

| Abstract: | Recalling the rugged path in construction of Managing Information System(MIS) for Chinese enterprises in recent 10 years ,and combining with the author's long term understanding in construction, the main problems existed in MIS construction of enterprises and its basic causes are deeply analysed; the relation between economical system and MIS construction of electric power enterprise is discussed; the bright future of MIS construction of electric power enterprises under market economical system is pointed out;and tactics related problems about MIS construction under present conditions are simply described. |
