| 摘 要： | 软件项目的风险管理是软件项目管理的重要内容。文章论述了风险管理的主要过程,比较了几种经典的风险管理模型,针对需求风险类型,提出原型法的解决方案,最后提出了一种实用的项目风险管理方法。
