硬质合金插齿刀设计制造的几何模型研究

摘    要:考虑到插齿刀设计的传统方案存在着近似性,提出了一种更为精确的新设计方案,推导出相应的适合于任何齿形的硬质合金插齿刀设计的通用几何模型(也适用于一般插齿刀),并用渐开线齿形实例证明了新方案更优,另外还就新设计方案的硬质合金插齿刀的制造推导了相应几何模型(同样适合于一般插齿刀),又用渐开线实例验证了新方案的可行性和制造模型的可靠性。

Abstract:An accurate design model is given, which is applied to design carbide gear shaping cutter with any tooth profile(also applied to ordinary one).Involute profile cutter is taken for example to verify that the new scheme is superior to traditional one.Furthermore, the manufacture model of carbide gear shaping cutter is derived, which is corresponding to the new design model(also applied to ordinary cutter).Involute gear shaper cutter is taken as example again to verify the practicability of the new scheme and the reliability of the manufacture model.
